Coupon code not found. Please try again.

Hello ,

This is my site - http://www.amocouture.co.uk

I have 2 active coupons - CHLOE10

while adding coupon on checkout/cart page, its giving me error popup with message - Coupon code not found. Please try again.

My VM Version is - 3.2.2 and coupon component version is 2.0.26

Please go to awocoupon->configuration->error messages, click the debug button and save.  Then try the coupon again in the front end, what message do you get?

It’s free version so unable to select those options, also I updated the virtuemart version to latest one but still the issue exists.

Ok, a couple of things:
- go to plugins and make sure VmCoupon - AwoCoupon is enabled
- also under vmcoupons, see if you have anything else enabled, if so disable and test
- if still not working, I see you have onestepcheckout extension, disable it temporarily and test using a coupon

I disabled the onestepcheckout extension , and than i can able to apply coupon without any problem, so it means awo coupon extension is not compatible with onestepcheckout extension, if yes so what would be the solution to use both together .

Yes, I guess that is the case.  You would have to ask onestepcheckout developers about compatibility, I cannot support every opc extension directly, but happy to work with them if they have questions on how AwoCoupon works.
