Got 2 questions:

1. Rewards statements - Is it possible to send automatic “rewards statements” every X days to customers using a custom template?
2. POS for Webshops (VirtueMart version) - Is AWORewards compatible with this extension? So points will accrue for customers selected in POS... (see: https://virtuemart.net/news/474-point-of-sale-pos-for-virtuemart)

1.  There is no feature for this.  But there is a point notification template.  So everytime points are earned, they can receive an email notification
2.  I have heard from others it works seamlessly.  It should work, because AwoRewards runs a cron checking orders on a regular bases, and when it finds a qualifying order that has not been rewarded, it rewards it.

A points statement feature would be handy, that is customizable using HTML as it would entice customers to return to our stores.

Acymailing. Just use the "Load data" tag to fetch the balance from the database for each user in the statements. You can filter out only these who have a certain amount with help of the "Simple Query" filter. Of course it's a good idea to schedule these mails and run with cron :).
