That is strange, if it is a template, then it should show when creating a rule.  Is it possible to send a private message with temp admin access to have a look?

Thanks for the access.  The estore for AwoRewards was not set to Virtuemart, so went to aworewards->configuration and set it, the coupon templates now show.
