AWOCoupon not working

Hi,

I have a staging site that is set up with coupons but they don't seem to be found.

When I enter the coupon it errors and says coupon not found.

Is there any sort of setting that I may have missed?

Hi, in extensions->plugins, filter by 'VMCoupon'.  In this section is VMCoupon - AwoCoupon enable?  Is anything else there enabled?  Also if you have abandoned cart, this causes issues:
