Reward on first order

Hi,
I have set a coupon template and a reward rule so a customer receives a discount coupon after his first order set to status completed, but no coupon is created.
Can you provide a complete guide from start to finish with the steps required for coupons and rewards rules?

Hello,
Here is an example of how to setup a rule for the first order:

One thing to keep in mind is it is based on the start date. If the start date is November 1, then it finds the first order created from November 1 on.

Also make sure to verify that everything is installed and enabled in aworewards > installation check.
And in aworewards > configuration, the value "Order Status to Trigger 'Order Rule' Reward" needs to be set.

I believe that is the only part of an "order" rule that works for registered users. If you remove that restriction, then it will also work for guest users.
