Error message:V6059 Redirect URL Invalid

Hi, I have installed the eway payment module and am receiving the erro message below when going through the checkout:

V6059 Redirect URL Invalid

When clicking on confirm purchase the site is redirecting back to the index.php page with the above error message. I have turned off sh404 to ensure there are no url errors.

I have the following settings:

Test mode: no
Immediate payments: yes
Rapid 3: yes
username: api key from eway system
password: password from account for api key


My client would like to go live asap, please can you advise.
