Set points only if you pay and don't return

    I wanted to know if it was possible that the points were given only in the event that the product was "shipped" (because it could perhaps choose the payment on delivery and never receive the product) and if there is a return how does it work? Are they automatically removed or do I have to remove them manually?

    For order rules, points are triggered when it hits the order statusĀ  you set in AwoRewards > configuration > Order Status to Trigger 'Order Rule' Reward.

    So if you set that to shipped, should work as you want.
