Redeeming Rewards for Coupons

Hi

When clients redeem points for coupons, they are able to use that same coupon multiple times instead of only once. Please let me know where to change this setting.

It is in the template coupon you set up.  Make sure you set the 'number of uses total' to 1.

Ok, go to admin->aworewards->configuration.  There are these tabs:

- automatic payout
- coupon payout (request)

Not sure what you set up, so look in both.  In there you should see a coupon template that you have set.  Make a note of the value and go to admin->awocoupon->coupons

Then search for the coupon template value from aworewards configuration, and edit it.  You should then set the number of uses total to 1 and save.
