[Prestashop] Translate my points in the tab

As you can see in the screenshot https://nimb.ws/qHoJRs
I did a test by inviting a friend and he registered and bought and I should be entitled to 100 points and so it works correctly.
But if I go to see in the summary I see an order with the order number but I don't understand that it is due to having invited my friend.
Can I translate that entry with Refer a friend? so you understand better?

You could make modifications to the code directly, but obviously something that would have to be done on every update.
