[Prestashop] After the blank page coupon request

    I set that after x points one is entitled to an awocoupon coupon, everything works but when I give the confirmation and it takes me back to this page / module / aworewards / credit but from a blank page and nothing arrives by email

    Correct myself: I reloaded the page and at that point it loaded but the emial does not arrive with the coupon

    Maybe I do not understand.  Are you saying you setup a coupon upon request in config, and in the front end, you click on the request coupon button.  You did not receive an email and you got a blank page configuration?  Sounds like there is some sort of php error?  Can you look at error logs?
