License expired blocks backend usage?

    Hi


    Our license expired today and we can not add points to users in backend cause we are constantly redirected to that page.

    Of course we plan to renew but we didnt have plans yet since we work per campaigns and we are ending it in one month.

    Is this the normal usage that no active license blocks the usage in the backend?


    Furthermore this message has been a constant pain showing randomly every now and again having to click update local key constantly.


    To renew we just make another order?

    EDIT: I made the license permanent and copied the local key, that seem to make it work again although I have no clue on what Im doing.

    Hello,

    Yes, making the license permanent and copying the local key is exactly what you have to do.  Your license has been in transferable mode and expired every 2 weeks.  Now that it is permanent, you will never see the expired license error again.

    Hello,

    Once the license is permanent its permanent, you do not have to pay to renew it anymore.  In the future, if your updates for AwoCoupon software itself has expired, then that you would need to pay for.
