include exclude categories on order reward

hi , i guess i have a bug because i can't include/exclude categories in a rule : the text box is empty and i can't write in it..

it seems to be a jquery conflict with simple image gallery pro... i have to uninstall SIG in order to make your jquery dropdown work.. but i need that installed! so is there another way to solve the problem?

Basically unpublish the plugin:
Button - Simple Image Gallery Pro

while creating a rule, then you can enable it again once the rule is created.
