Joomla 3.8.12
I try to install the component but I have this message
can't install awocoupon pro 2.4.8
- Are you installing or upgrading? If a brand new install there must be something in the database from a previous install, in which case you should go into the db, delete all the awocoupon tables and try again.
- I have update the joomla and VM and can't find the component So I have to reinstall again ? what is the name start of the database of awocoupon ?
- all the awocoupon tables start with#__awocouponWhere #__ is your database prefix
- I have already old data and I need it, it is not possible to update ?If I delete I will delete all data...?How can I reinstall to keep data ?
- Make a backup, then rename all the old awocoupon tables. So when you install it installs AwoCoupon as a new component. Delete the new tables and rename all the old tables back to their original.
