Aworeward - Order rule and AWOCoupon

    Dear all,

    I'm using Joomla 3.6.2, Virtuemart 3.0.16, AwoCoupon 2.5.0. Pro en AwoReward 2.2.9
    I've tried to create a rule by user registration that wil send an e-mail and a coupon. This works great!

    But when I tried to create a order rule
    When a order has a total value of more then 187,50 then the rule has to create an e-mail and a coupon code.
    But it doesn't. I changed several statussen of the order but without any result, I also waited 5 min (cron job).
    All plugins are green, up and running. In the dashboard I see nothing changing.

    Can you help me?

    Problem solved...
    The statuses in the configuration were not selected...

    I have very similar problem, but I have all needed field in configuration checked.

    No cupon is sent when the conditions are met.

    - I set template coupon
    - I set rule in AwoRewards
    - In configuration proper states of orders are set
    - I'm the person who is allowed to get this coupon
    - order is made for far more than the minimum value set in AwoReward (450)

    I get emails with order confirmation.

    Could it be a problem with Smtp? I have change in main configuration to Webmail because some problems appeard in Smtp conecting server after upgrading PHP to 5.6 version.

    Hi problem solved

    It was in AwoRewards rules, I had filed "Order Number to trigger rule" set to 1. I thought that it should work every time but it didn't. I have deleted this value and coupons were sent.

    Hello,

    Good to see it is fixed. Yes, 'Order number to trigger rule' is the actual order number the rule will work for. So if you set it to 1, then it would only work for the first order. Leaving it blank means it will work for all orders.
