    Hello everybody,

I'd like to solve an issue with Aworeward.

Actually, we are developing two different reward campaign:

    1. Tell a friend that you like our service after making an order. You give 5 euro discount to a friend and if he places an order you will earn 5 euro discount too.
    2. Tell a collegue to try our service giving him a 5% discount. When he will order you will receive the 10% of his total order as discount in points.

The problem is that after created 1. we are not able to create 2.

Can anyone give us an advice to solve this issue?

    Thanks

    Hello,

So if I understand correctly you are trying to process 2 different rules for the sponsor/friend?  This cannot be one, only one rule will be processed.

This is right out of the documentation:

It is very important to pay attention to ordering of the rules in cases where you have more than one rule of the same type for the same customer type. If you have more than one rule for the same scenario, only one rule will apply - the first one in the order. For example, if you create 2 rules for rewarding any customer after completing an order, the rule number 1 will be applied, without looking at the rule number 2. However, if the number one doesn't apply, say due to minimum spend amount not met, the system looks at the next rule in order.

    Hi Seyi,

I am sorry, I was not completly clear.

Yes we are developing two different campaign but they are targeted to two different sponsor/friend. It should work as follow:

    1. It is applied to all registered users

    2. It is applied to the customers coming from the "Partner firms". All the employees of a given firm are in a User Group (i.e. Google) and they are registered to our platform with their company domani (i.e. xxxx@google.com).

Therefore, we would run two different campaign to two different User Group, is it possible?

    Thank you for the support

    Hello,

So if you create 2 rules that use customer type "Everybody" for orders, then only one of those rules will be processed.  Now I know you said rule 1 is for "registered" users.  All customers enter the registered user group right?  So maybe all users are getting caught in 1.  So try ordering the rules so number 2 is first.
