10€ coupon every 500 point earned

i am not able to set this.. and can't understand why.

in aworeward i set a rule: 1 point for every 1€ spent

every 500 points you can redeeme a 10€ coupon.

if you earn 1000 points then you will be able to redeem 10€ coupon two times.

how can i do this? i can't set a correct point-to euro ratio.

can you help please?

For 'Points to Amount Ratio' set this to 50, this will mean 50 points will equal 1€.

If you want the customer to take out points in blocks of 10€ or 500 points, then set 'Block of points for exchange' to 500.  This means they can only take it out in blocks of 500.  So for example if customer has 750, they can convert 500.  Or if they  have 1999, they can convert 1500.  It does not convert into 3 different coupons of 10€ each, it would create 1 coupon of 30€.

but if i set the max amount to 10 it will create one single 10€ coupon right? ^_^ thank you very much!
