Ok, in the admin section, go to components->awocoupon->new coupon. Create the coupon you want generated. Then when you open up acymailing tag interface, as in this image, http://www.acyba.com/en/support/documentation/154-acymailing-plugin-awocoupon.html, you will see the section 'coupon to copy'. Click the dropdown and select the specific coupon you want to be generated. Then save the tag.

Hello I followed your instructions and I get the email but when I go to try to enter the coupon (I set it to give me a 10% discount) does not comply with the discount.

The most likely problem is you have one of these set within the coupon
- number of uses per customer
- selected one or more shopper groups
- selected one or more customers

And if you do, you are required to be logged in to use the coupon code. Are you? Also verify that the AwoCoupon plugin for Virtuemart is installed and published.

I just took a look and I find it to be working normally.

In the admin section, you set the template to coupon with id of 23. This coupon is set to give a 20% discount. In the front end I tried the coupon code that was generated by coupon id 23, and I received a 20% discount in the shopping cart. Did I miss the problem?

The id tied to the discount should always be the number 2 is called "Compleanno"
