[Resolved] Send reminder

Hi!

I think that could be a good idea sending an email to the customer one or 2 days (customizable) before the coupon expires, thus sending a reminder coud give more orders.

What do you think?

AwoCoupon's main functionality is coupons and coupon management. Adding a function like this would be outside the scope, this is more user management. It probably makes more sense to create a standalone plugin that handles this.

I have been thinking about it, and i think that it is a very good feature.

It is very difficult to control this, if it is not automated.

Are you thinking about making this plugin?

You have the solution with acymailing, in a auto newsletter, the first one create the coupon 1 day after the order and the coupon is dead after 10 days. In a second step, in the same auto newsletter, you creat a email 9 day after the first one and you tell at the customer : the coupon is dead in one day .

I use acymailing for campaign with 10 email and birsday etc... and you can create with the plugin awo acymailing the automatic coupon !!!
