Will Pro version work with GW coupon?

I need the benefits of using both AWO and GW. I will use AWO for product-specific and category specific coupons, but need the Gift Certificate functionality of GW.

Can these work together? In other words, can I use GW for just gift certificate coupons and AWO for the rest?
