Shipping method gone with discount code

hello.

We set up a coupon with awo coupon, and when the customer enters the code, the shipping charge dissapears.

Any ideas?

What versions of joomla, awocoupon, virtuemart are you using?  Are you using a checkout extension?

I JUST got it to work by unpublishing the plugin VMCoupon - AwoCoupon. I'm not sure if this is a needed plugin or not.

Joomla 3.6.5

VM 3.2.1

awo 2.5.6 pro

No checkout extensions

the plugin vmcoupon - awocoupon is required for awocoupon coupons to work.  Is the coupon you being used a virtuemart coupon?

Yes, that was my mistake. So ive disabled the VM coupon, and published the awo plugin again.

the user enters their address, enters the coupon, and the delivery goes away all together.

I'm able to get the delivery to come back if i enter a new address. Also, if i enter the coupon first, it works fine.

So, now that the original VM coupon is disabled, it seems to be working. Does that make sense?

What is the original vm coupon?  Virtuemart does not ship with a vmcoupon plugin, so if you have something else there apart from AwoCoupon then it is some extension.

So I'm getting more and more confused. I thought it was working fine, but it is not. When i mentioned disabling the VM coupon, i wasnt referring to a plugin. I was talking about the coupon itself.

However, it is still acting up.

Update: that issue still persists. However, there is another issue. With AWO enabled, i cannot complete an order. Once i submit the order i get the message: Checkout done, please confirm the order

Another Update: When I disable "VMPayment - AwoCoupon", i do not get the message "checkout done, please confirm the order, and the order goes through as expected.
