Redirect page in AWO Reward configuration not redirecting

I set up a content page explaining the rewards and indicating that users must log in to view the reward pages. I entered the address of the page in the "Page to redirect to, if not logged in" field of AWO Reward Configuration. However, on the web site, it always just goes to the home page, not the content page. In other words, the redirect does not seem to be working.
