Problem with a coupon and the payment failed or canceled

    I encountered this problem: if I create a coupon that must be valid only once per user and this user has a problem with the payment and the order has a canceled amount (maybe because paypal had a problem) and he re-orders then the coupon is no longer valid because the system was used previously but in reality it is not true because the order is not "confirmed"
    How can I solve it?

    Hello,
    I assume this is a virtuemart store and you are dealing with this issue:

    If so, then go to admin > awocoupon > awocoupon > configuration > triggers

    And set 'Order state to trigger coupon processing' to your confirmed order status.
