[Prestashop] Advice on coupons and discounts for users

    I use both Awocoupon and Aworewards. Based on the points awarded with the latter plugin, I have made it so that VIP customers get a 5% discount on the entire catalogue.
    The problem is that it is seen as a discount and therefore all the coupons I created with awocoupon are no longer usable.
    What can I do?

    I can't make the various coupons usable on the discounted products and I thought of creating other coupons that would only be valid for users with the vip level but I can't because you tell me that a coupon with that name already exists.

    Any advice?

    Hello,

    Not sure I understand.  I think you are saying for vips coupons are not working because they already have a discount?  And they are not working because every coupon you create you check the 'exclude discounted products' box?  Is this correct?

    And what do you mean by this?

    Yes, that's what you mean.
    I was thinking of creating some coupons with the same name but valid only for VIP users and disabling the option that those coupons are valid with other discounts but I can't do that because the system tells me that a coupon with that name already exists.

    How do I solve this?

    You could create a combination coupon:
    coupon a: exclude vips discount
    coupon b: include vips discount
    coupon C: combination coupon where you add both coupons a and b, process type, all that apply
    Give out coupon c.
