My client has asked me to generate a report to get outstanding points balances for each customer. However, when I go to Tools > Reports > Customer Balances and run the report, it just gives me a list of all the customers but the columns on the right (Total, Value Used, Balance) are all empty. They just want to know what their outstanding points liabilities are on an individual customer bases.

- Hello,That report shows the AwoCoupon customer balance. When you say points, are you referring to AwoReward points? Because that would not show in that report. You should be able to order by the total, value used, balance, to see which customers have a balance.And compare it to admin > awocoupon > tools > customer balance screen
