Just not working..

Installed AWO Coupon, all plugins are activated. I created a promotional coupon (buy 3 for price of 2) and configured the coupon per the examples on the site here, but the coupon is just not being triggered when items are added to the cart.

Please help!

Hello,

Did you set it up as an automatic discount? Are you adding 2 or 3 products to the cart? Did you set it up to automatically add the get y to the cart?

Also did you set it up as such:

function type: buy x get y
value: 100%
buy X:
Number: 2
Asset: select the product

get Y:
Number: 1
Asset: select the product

AH!

That was the missing piece. I didn't realize the component would search for the text string of an existing coupon. Everything is OK now. Thanks!

Ok, glad to hear it is solved. Not really sure what you mean by 'search for the text string of an existing coupon' though.
