image upload

I have joomla 2.5.9
hikashop 2.1.1

I like to upload a image as described in the help file to ..... administrator/components/com_awocoupon/assets/giftcert/images
but I don't find it from ........assets/giftcert/images

Did you verify you are in the folder administrator? Before traversing to components/com_awocoupon/assets...
