Ok I see it now, very strange. I really do not know what is causing it, but I can debug it. For that I would need temporary ftp access.

After over an hour of debugging, I found that this is caused by enabling an automatic discount within Hikashop. After disabling the hikashop discount it works fine. I would hope it is obvious, but you cannot use both discounting systems at the same time, it can lead to unexpected behaviors as it did in this case. Stick to just one.

It will need to be purchased separately.

Not sure if that is something I will add to it. There is a pretty easy hack to get coupons to be automatically added without entering a coupon code.
