Gift Certificate not being emailed to the recipient

    Hi, hope you can help, I just can't get full process re:

    Joomla 4/Virtuemart 4 latest revisions.


    1:Gift Certificates are set up in Virtuemart as products.
    2: Buyer fills in the GC info fields when ordering gift certificate.
    3: After order is processed, emails are sent to buyer (ok), admin (ok)
    ** **However, email entered for receipient, emai/gc is not received.

    Tried to sort it out, any tips would be appreciated.

    Happy to send login info, I am sure it's something I am just missing!

    Hello,

    Yes, would probably be easier if you can send a private message with temp admin access  to have a look at the configuration.
