Gift Certificate Coupon Code - Does not reduce Shipping Amount

    I can't seem to get my gift certificate to reduce the total amount of the order.

    Instead it only reduces the amount BEFORE shipping. How do i get the gift certificate coupon code to reduce the TOTAL AMOUNT of the order?

    Hello,

    Is the coupon code being used a function type of "gift certificate", do you have specific shipping options selected in the coupon? Another thing that might affect it would be a 3rd party checkout? Do you have this?
