Gift certificate cannot send it to recepient directly nor send a HTML email with artwork

We have bought this extension.
With the current solution, we cannot send the certificate directly to the recipient. Also, we could not send the artwork for gift certificate.

Could we have a gift certificate solution something similar to this?

Sending a gift certificate to a receipient would require that the customer enter some input (the email) when purchasing the product. This is not possible with virtuemart and would require major hacks to get it to work that way.

The html email for gift certificates is currently in development.
