Exclude / Include coupons based on a customer address (Town, Zip etc)

I do not see an option to assign a coupon to a specific users town, zip code.  I can only see an option by state, country.  Will this ever be an addition?  Am I missing something here?

No, you are not missing anything.  The most specific for location you can go when creating a coupon is state.  You cant go as specific as city or area code.
