% discount per product from category

We purchased AWO Coupon Pro.

How do we create a coupon discount that applies 2.5% discount to each product, with a minimum of 2 products and a maximum discount of 25%?

Example:
1 product in cart = 0 discount
2 products in cart = 5% discount
4 products in cart = 10% discount
10 products in cart = 25% discount
12 products in cart = 25% discount
