coupons stoped working

i started getting emails that the coupons for my site have stopped working.
i tried some coupon codes and nothing was working.

i went to admin area in awocoupons and checked install and i received the following error

Hi, what version of AwoCoupon pro are you using? Also, on that page, is everything installed? If the core is not installed then no coupon will work.

1.1.0 pro

was working before, and it is showing that everything is installed.
