Certificate dont get emailed after purchase Virtuemart Store

I have followed your installation and blog regarding
"Sell Gift Certificates online in your Virtuemart Store"

My problem is im stuck as I dont get the certificate after checking out in Virtuemart Store?
Is there somthing I need to tweek?

Hello,

By default the email is sent after the order has been moved to the confirmed stage. Is your order in this stage?

How do i see this?

In admin->components->virtuemart->orders->order list.
From there you can see if the order status is pending, confirmed, shipped, etc

I moved the oder to confirmed stage in virtuemart and have recieved emails from virtuemart to confrm this.
I can go to order details and see alll has gone trew from virtuemart stage.

- No gift certificate emailed?
- would like a option for client to download it too?

I go to AwoCoupon Pro dashboard and in the recent coupons
0 Total Coupons
0 Active Coupons
0 Inactive Coupons

I am not sure what could be the problem. Did you check the installation check off the dashboard? Is everything installed? If you like, you can send me a pm with credentials to take a look.

After investigating, the problem was that the order status to trigger automatic email was set to "Pending", which is when an order is inserted. The automatic emails are triggered when an order is updated, not inserted. Fix is to not use "Pending". Will be taking that option out in the next version.
