Can a Gift Certificate Coupon trigger an action in Virtuemart when it finally expires?

I am getting the hang of working with AwoCOupon - fine work on this code. very flexible!

For my particular needs, I'd like to have a gift certificate coupon "demote" the user back down into the 'default' shopper group once the final transaction has been completed ( the transaction that exhausts the balance of the gift certificate)

Is this possible now?
If not now, is this something you could cook up as a custom solution?
If so, please contact me privately to discuss this custom job...

I'd like to use the Awo Coupon auto-registration email plugin to create the Gift Certificate automatically
as we go through and update members from normal to enhanced membership level
(the Gift Certificate is only sent to, and used by the enhanced level VM shopper group)
