I works great if I place items in the shopping cart, however, my customer cannot get it to work, even with me walking her through it. Neither can a coworker, and I even watched her to make sure she chose exactly the products I did. We all are using IE8. My customer couldn't get it to work in Google Chrome either.

I'm using PRO- what I'm trying to do is to give a customer who buys two products from certain categories a discount of $400 off the total. I set a Buy X Get Y as follows:
Amount = $400
First found match
Number of uses is blank (unlimited)
Minimum value is Overall with a blank (no minimum)
Buy X - I excluded several categories
Buy Y - I excluded several categories - Hello,
Did you set any customer/shopper group restrictions?
It might be easier to provide temporary admin access through private message so I can have a look, with details of how to produce the problem.
