Awocoupon pro not showing in front end

The awocoupon pro is not showing in the front end of virtuemart 1.5, everything else seems fine but when you use a valid coupon it doesnt discount the amount.
ie it doesnt show the discount in the cart or the order total.
When I uninstalled and installed the demo version it managed to discount the coupon, then when I upgraded to pro it didnt work again.

Are you getting an error of some kind? What are the details of the coupon you are trying to use? if you prefer I can look at it, but would need you to pm me temporary admin and ftp access.
