Hi we have AWO coupon and AWO rewards with Virtuemart the issue is that when an order is cancelled, refunded or edited the rewards credit history stays and does not change.
we have rules setup to give a 10% rewards for next purchase. so lets say a client places and order for $100 dollars. $10 is assigned to the account. but if we cancel the order or edit the amount, this does not change.
please advise how we can resolve this.
