AWO Coupon setup question

In awocoupon balance

 - activate: turn on the function or not

 - Gift certificates are like money so if there are no restrictions on them, and the customer does not use the full balance in an order, the rest of the balance can be added to the customer balance.  This would invalid the code, but the rest of the balance is in awocoupon balance and no need to enter a code to use it any more

 - You can restrict what the awocoupon balance an be used towards.  So you can select product categories/shipping methods to exclude.

For reminders you can have up to 3 emails sent on a coupon code that is expiring to remind a customer to use it before it expires.  For each section you can set:

  - Activate: turn on/off this reminder

 - Days: number of days before expiration to send

 - Email template: the email to send, can be setup in awocoupon > tools > email templates
