Add Y product to cart does not work

Hi there , i bought the pro version as i want to use the buy X get Y and i have the following problem. Although i set up the coupon as your guide and also selected the: "Add Y to cart" the Y product is not added to the cart . What am i missing???

I would need more details on how you setup your coupon and how you used it in the front end.

I used:
coupon code: xxxxxxx
Published
Percent
value 100
Process type First found match
Selected the automatically add to cart Get Y product
In the buy X i selected the categories i want to have as a gift the product Y
In the get Y i selected the product Y

IN the frontend i added a product from from the categories i chose and i expected on the vart to see the product Y automatically added

Just tested it and it worked fine for me. I added product sku YK-BYGL-1-4-4 to the cart, and then added the coupon code and saved, and the free product was automatically added to the cart and discounted at 100%.
