I need a coupon code that clients can use to order promo items. It needs to make the cart free..100% off....AND remove shipping costs. Is this possible? Thanks.

this can probably be altered on the code level but that means every coupon would work like that. Right now the only thing taking into account shipping is the gift certificates.
