how do I add affiliate member

how to add member their is no add new button at top of affiliate page

You add an affiliate by adding a coupon to their account. You can do this by going to coupons->new.

I did but it want let me link to member accounts

When you are on the new coupons screen you have to start typing the name of the user you want to add the coupon to. After the second letter type, a dropdown will appear. IT is important you select the member name from the dropdown.
