Send a couponcode in mailchimp for the firstorder?

    you send me this message:
    Hello,
    With AwoCoupon, you can create a coupon code that will give the customer 1 free bottle of wine on their first order.  You can do this by setting the 'number of uses per customer' to 1.  AwoCoupon will then check the email address used in the order and only allow the use of the coupon once per email address.  Obviously a customer can get around this by using more than one email address but in most cases this will work.  Then you can put that one coupon code into Mailchimp.  Is that what you are after?

    My client ask me after I have installed AwoCoupon in Hikashop:

    First option:
    It should only be seen by people that have logged in. they can click on it to add to cart. Only one bottle per customer they can only proceed to check out once they have ordered additional wines. Meaning They should not be able to check out with just the free wine.

    Second option:
    Are you able to send the coupon code for the wine with the newsletter so that for the first order they receive the free bottle.

    Now I have installed one coupon, but I get a error message after filling in the coupon in the webshop. I ordered one product as knowned user.

    Error

    rjTqLxYLXP9: The coupon you entered is not valid

    What must I do? Use option 1 or option 2 with AwoCoupon? And why i get a error?

    Hello,

    Not sure why you are getting the error but you can check where the error is occurring by going to awocoupon > configuration > error messages, click the debug button and save, then try the coupon again in the front end to see where it is failing.

    For the coupon, did you set up a buy x get y coupon?  And did you set maximum discount qty to 1?
