Hello,
I have a problem sending a gift certificate.
I set everything according to the documentation, but the email with the gift certificate was not sent.
So I tried to test the send manually using "Send and voucher" and email with Gift certificat was sent correctly.
Trigger for email sending is set to status "Confirmed" and order is in this status.
Can you please advise me how to solve this problem?
