    Hello,


    is possible, then error in VM: TCPDF ERROR: Could not include font definition file: helvetica, I see after instal AwoCoupon.


    Is it possible that the application broke the functionality of using the tcpdf library?

    I see that it is loading its own library and if it initializes this library before initializing the VM, can a problem occur?

    I have not seen any issues with AwoCoupon and VM interaction tcpdf wise.

    The only time AwoCoupon tcpdf is called if if there is an automatic gift certificate that needs to be sent out.  So are you using the gift certificate functionality?

    We are using Automatically Sales (3% and 5%) for creating coupon...

    Hmmm, then I don't understand why I see error in VM:

    TCPDF ERROR: Could not include font definition file: helvetica

    and

    Info: TCPDF library is not installed. Download it from http://dev.virtuemart.net/projects/tcpdf/files and install it.


    Only if another instance called TCPDF before Virtuemart, because I have last version, and all fonts...

    I was wrong.  It is actually called anytime an email template is sent and the email template has a pdf to generate.  If this is not the case, then I think you are dealing with something else causing the error.
