We have created a type 1 voucher for use by customer. In two orders (24AJ042 and 787Z054) the discount calculation is not correct. It takes into consideration only some products and not all, and you can not understand the discount criterion). You can help us?

In the database, in table #__awocoupon_history, column details, gives the details of how an order was discounted. it is a json string. So would need to look at that, in combination with how the coupon was created. Happy to do it if you can send a private message with temp ftp and admin access.

You also in the json of which you speak shows the accounts do not return, the total should be 94.65 and adding me to 72.36 ... but still in the order to the customer has put about 60 euro discount

looking at the string, product_ids 458 and 541 were not discounted. Like I said, need to see how the coupon was set up and the properties of the products not discounted to know why there were not.

Thanks for the access.

Looking at the coupon you have 'exclude discounted' products checked. The above products, 458 and 541, are assumed to be discounted. However looking at the product in the backend, it does not seem to be. I have tried reproducing this situation locally but cannot. The code would need to be debugged directly.

Ok, found the issue. There should be a check box for 'exclude special', but there is not, so AwoCoupon combines exclude special and exclude discounted as 1. And in the above products, 458 and 541, they are both marked as 'on featured'. I disabled the exclude special code so coupons will work for these products now. In the next version of awocoupon, there will be an 'exclude special' checkbox.
