Shipment costs

    Hi All!

    How can it be managed, that if somebody uses a coupon and therefore pays less than the minimum amount for free shipping gets the shipping costs added again?

    e.g: Customer puts 55€ stuff in basket and checks out. In the checkout she/he uses a coupon worth 10€ and it brings the order amount below €50,00 (free shipping limit) - so the shipping costs should be added now.

    I assume this is virtuemart?  Unfortunately it does not take coupon discount into account when calculating free shipping.  So for your shipping method, you would have to modify it to take it into account. For example, if you are using virtuemart standard shipping you could do this:
