It must have somehow detected you had awocoupon installed and assumed the awocoupon_config table exists.

You can manually add it to the db:

CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXISTS #__awocoupon_config (
        `id` int UNSIGNED NOT NULL auto_increment,
        `name` VARCHAR(255) CHARACTER SET utf8 NOT NULL,
        `is_json` TINYINT(1),

In the file www/plugins/vmpayment/eway/eway.php, on line 130, I changed:

                $htmla = '';
?>

to 
                $htmla = array();
?>

That seems to have fixed the issue.
