    Currently on Joomla 3.6.5

    PHP 5.6.29

Just purchased and installed AWO Rewards. After successful install I entered the license key and the screen changed to the attached screen.  I checked the Apache logs and saw the following messages:

[Mon Jan 16 01:45:42 2017] [error]  PHP Notice:  Use of undefined constant AWOREWARDS_ESTOREHELPER - assumed 'AWOREWARDS_ESTOREHELPER' in ...../administrator/components/com_aworewards/models/config.php on line 161, referer: https://test.k12ology.com/administrator/index.php

    Hello,

Looks like you are missing some files.  Can you install it again?  Or if you like, I can look at it if you send a private message with temp admin and ftp access.

Just uninstall / re-install with the same problem.  It is difficult for me to give you remote access since we require SSH and PKI.  When I save the key the Apache log shows the following:

    Hello,

Looks like the constants are not being defined.  If you cannot give out access, then you would have to debug it directly.

Can you try clearing your admin cache in system panel -> cache -> filter to admin and clear?

Do you have one of the supported shopping carts installed?  Virtuemart, Hikashop, Redshop, Eshop?

I have cache disabled.  I am using Breezing Commerce shopping cart. Info on Breezing Commerce can be found at crosstec.org/en/

I am also using Rockettheme templates and their Gantry 5 framework.  I am a bit frustrated that it is taking a while to resolve this issue as we are trying to go live.  Thanks.

By the way, why does it keep telling me "Please set your Estore" IMU7qDr.png

    Hello,

That is the problem, you are not using a supported shopping cart.  If you look on the product page:
    https://awodev.com/products/joomla/aworewards

It shows you the supported carts, Virtuemart, Hikashop, and Redshop,  If you are not using one of these you will receive errors.  Just curios, I looked at breezing commerce, it does not seem to even have a coupon system, how were you planning on using it with AwoRewards?

We are not looking at this time to tie our rewards into a shopping cart.  We do not plan to use coupons.  We plan to use your product to manage the issuance of rewards and tracking who has rewards etc.  The actual payment of those rewards will be done manually.  For example our IT consulting services offers $2,000 reward for each candidate that is recommended and we actually hire.  We will use your system to track these rewards.  However the payment will be done manually.

There was no documentation indicating that a shopping cart was required to use your product.  Where do we go from here???
