Coupon Code not found - and I have no restrictions

I have just upgraded from the Free version to AWO Coupon Pro.
The coupon codes are not working. The message I receive is Coupon code not found. Please try again.

I have NO restrictions set on the Number of Uses, Or the Number of uses per customer.

I am unable to change the Coupon Code Error descriptions in the Configuration because it does NOT keep my customized message when I click apply.

Just answered your post on configuration not saving.

For the coupon code, also make sure that the plugin on AwoCoupon dashboard is published.

All the plugins are published.... not working.

The first step would be to solve the ocnfiguration problem, then can figure out the coupon one.
